1. Returns and Restocking
We offer a 14-day return policy for unused, unopened accessories in their original sealed packaging. Due to the technical nature of car upgrades, a 15% restocking fee may apply to returned items to cover component verification.
2. Custom Fitting & Wiring Exclusions
Custom wiring harnesses, couplers, damping sheets that have been peeled, and products showing signs of installation or screw marks are strictly non-returnable.
3. Warranty and Defects
All premium amplifiers, dash cams, and speakers carry manufacturer warranties. If a component is defective upon arrival, please contact our support team at 9417319262 to arrange an inspection and replacement.
